Back Where It All Began – YogaWell Turns One
This year, YogaWell celebrates one whole year of yoga, connection and wellbeing. What began as a single Tuesday evening class at Ixworth Village Hall has grown into 11 weekly sessions across Bury St Edmunds for adults and children of all ages and experiences.
To say thank you, we’d love you to join us back where it all began for our birthday celebration.
The celebration includes a free, accessible yoga session with options for chair‑based movement, mat‑based practice, and child‑friendly participation, so everyone can feel comfortable taking part. After the class, stay to enjoy birthday cake and coffee, time to chat, and the chance to add your reflections to our YogaWell Birthday Book.
