The YogaWell Approach

Private 1:1 yoga sessions, designed entirely around you.

These sessions can take place either in the comfort of your own home or in my dedicated, home-based yoga space – whichever feels right for you.

Before the session begins, we have a friendly, open conversation about what you would like to gain from your practice. From there, YogaWell creates a completely bespoke programme tailored specifically to your body, your lifestyle and your goals. As we practise together, we continue to talk, listen and adapt, ensuring the session truly supports you. We finish with a gentle reflection: what felt good, what we might build on next time – or whether you feel we have come to natural close.

These sessions are ideal if you would like:

  • Individual support with your physical practice

  • Guidance with breathwork or meditation

  • Help soothing and regulating your nervous system

  • A truly personalised, private space to explore yoga at your own pace
