Yoga is for everyone. Our philosophy is to bring yoga to Suffolk’s villages and towns to help improve health and wellbeing across the whole community. Whether you are experienced or an absolute beginner, our welcome is always warm and inclusive.

Who we are
YogaWell began in 2025 in the small Suffolk village of Ixworth where Lyndsey Allsopp is the Headteacher of the local primary school. Lyndsey set about establishing a community led approach to wellbeing for all ages based around an accessible philosophy - yoga for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to a session soon!
